2017 MOTOCROSS OF NATIONS | COMPLETE COVERAGE

Even though the 2017 Motocross of Nations are just a few days away, teams are making last-minute alterations to their lineups ahead of the international event. The latest news comes from Team Belgium, as Julien Leiber has pulled out of the MX2 slot due to a knee injury and has been replaced by Brent Van doninck. The Keama Yamaha Official MX2 rider represented the “Red Knights” at the 2016 running of the event, which saw Team Belgium place fourth overall.

Van doninck was ranked tenth overall in the MX2 division in the 2017 Monster Energy FIM Motocross World Championship, as he failed to score points in a number of motos in the middle of the season due to crashes and injuries. In the 2016 MXON, Van doninck contested the Open class aboard a 450cc machine and posted 39-18 moto scores.
