Grant Langston Update

National Motocross Champion Grant Langston checked in with TransWorld Motocross a few minutes ago to give us an update on his condition…

“I had surgery to repair my broken collarbone on Monday,” said Langston. “Once they got in there, the doctors said that they were glad that they had decided to operate after all, because the break was worse than they had anticipated. The bones were a bit twisted up in there. So the surgery went well and I have a six to eight-week recovery time. I’m going to take it easy and heal up properly; this gives me a chance to let my head get better, and for my eye to heal some more, too. I’ve been having a rough time lately, and I just want to get back to full health before I return to the track. The goal is to make it back and run that number-one plate, so that the fans don’t forget who GL is!”
