Spokane, Wash. (June 11, 2009) – MotoConcepts Racing (MCRMX) has announced with regret the release of 450 rider Ben Coisy. Coisy has been an asset to the team on the track since joining last September. As a professional athlete, Ben has severely breeched his contract with MCRMX which prevents his team participation to continue.
“Teams must take a stand against riders who sign contracts and then fail to abide by them. Ben was being paid in full while reportedly incapacitated through injury when we discovered he participated in other sporting events on multiple dates,” stated Team Owner Mike Genova. “This is a sad time for us to lose Ben, but we feel his failure to fulfill contractual duties could not be overlooked.”
MCRMX would like to thank team sponsors: MotoConcepts, FMF, FLY Racing, Pirelli, DeCal Works, Smooth Industries, Alpinestars, Utopia, TLR, Vortex, TCR, Sunline, Dragon Racing Fuel, Excel RK, Goldfren, Devol Engineering, Boyesen, Guts, Motion Pro, DT1 Filters, Motorex, Leisure Concepts, Northwest Steel Fab., Extreme Motosport MX park.

You can go read his side of the story on motoverte, anyways he was saying he was starting to get better and was trying to call the shop but no one answered and then he discovered they had already given his bike to someone else. But he started going to the gym by himself and also played some golf ( make of that what you will) . aparently motoconcepts was glad to hear this so they could fire him without having to pay salary until september.
really hard to tell what was going on between those guys
