Munn Racing KTM-AnkleSavers Team Race Report
Our top team riders Lance Vincent and Sean Hackley Jr are both healing and undergone intense rehab to get back on the track as soon as possible. Hackley suffered a separated shoulder in practice in Atlanta after a strong ride in Dallas, winning the LCQ with a wire to wire win. Hackley rejoined the team in Houston ready, he took a major get off in the first set of whoops just after the start of his heat race. Hackley’s injuries will not be disclosed at this time but will make a full recovery and back in action with the AMA 250 Outdoor National Championships.
Lance Vincent has been riding with some great intensity this year with some strong finishes inside the top ten in his heat races and main events. Vincent went down hard injuring his shoulder and displaced some ribs at the Houston round. Vincent went into daily rehab immediately to be ready to ride for the hometown crowd in New Orleans. Vincent was focused and ready to give it his all in New Orleans. When he hit the difficult physically pounding track Vincent was forced to call it a night due to the high level of pain. Vincent will be out for approximately 6-8 weeks nursing his injuries, he will make a full recovery and ready to compete in the AMA 250 Outdoor National Championships.
