Rome, Ga. — Before a packed Angel stadium in Anaheim, Calif., Pirelli rider Jeff Northrop, of Murrieta, Calif., finished in 12th place for the third consecutive weekend on the Monster Energy Supercross championship.

“Jeff (Northrop) has been very consistent at the first three races this year, and we are proud of his accomplishments, said Pirelli MX Manager Josh Whitmire. “We are racing in San Francisco this weekend and hope he can crack the top 10.

Northrop’s race into the main event didn’t start out as planned, finishing 10th in his heat race before lining up for the last chance qualifier (LCQ). In the last chance qualifier Northrop finished in 4th place and secured a spot for the main event.
