Before my brother Ross crashed last Friday, he had just spent a week in Italy on vacation, visiting some friends and riding at various tracks across Italy. Of course, he had a great time and had lots of stories to share with me about his trip. Sadly, he’s only told me a couple thus far, as there are some obviously more pressing issues at hand.

Donn, you may not remember me but I raced with Ross back in the days of our youth along with another friend David N. I remember you coming to some of our CMC night races. I just read about this in Cycle News and was shocked to read what had happened. Please tell Ross I'm praying for him and wishing the best for his family. I hope his condition improves with time and that today's advanced medical technologies and therapies can get him back on his feet in the near future. Take Care.

Don, you and Ross have added so much to the sport of motocross over the years that the entire MX comunity must, and will, pull for and pray for a quick recovery and a great outcome for Ross. Motocross needs both of you to stay active and dedicated to the sport.

I hate hearing news of a fellow rider down. Ross is my inpiration as I am also a suspension guy. Actually, I'm a t-6 paraplegic with movement only from the nipple line up. The transformation to being able to do the work wasn't that bad really and I know Ross will continue to lead the way for the aftermarket suspension service industry. Good luck Ross and family. If there is anyway I can help or just answer any questions, do let me know. Best of luck,
