French Enduro Championship – Round 2:
In very muddy conditions Manu Albepart (#203) wins the E2 class taking victory of both days. Unfortunately Sebastien Guillaume, 4th in the World Enduro Championship standings, ran out of luck due to engine problems on both days; Seb did not manage to score points.
European Motocross MX2 Championship – Round 2:
A positive weekend, despite the conditions for the Team MD Racing riders, with Cédric Soubeyras (#412) getting on the podium with a 3rd overall, Top 5 in the championship standings, and Christophe Charlier, 8th for the day and 11th in the standings.
In the US:
First of all, all at RXR Protect would like to wish a prompt recovery to Zach Sawko (#94) who got hurt during practice last week. Zach will be out for a months, missing the World Mini’s in Las Vegas, but is already feeling better.
AMA SX Series:
Tyson Hadsell qualified for the night show in Detroit, but didn’t manage to make it out of the LCQ where he finished 6th despite some strong racing. Tyson is still nursing a heel injury contracted at the Minneapolis SX.
Ryan Mills and Colt Humphrey have been ill last week and couldn’t race Detroit.
Loretta Lynn Qualifiers:
Among our RXR Protect support-riders attending the Loretta Lynn’s Qualifiers this weekend, we want to particularly congratulate Daniel Sanders (Suzuki 887) and Mitchell and McCoy Oldenburg (Honda 48) for their great performances in the mud at the Byron, IL where they qualified for the Regionals.
