In between races, we took some time to browse our hard drives and look at photos taken throughout the year. We’ll highlight each shot in a daily post, with the image sized to fit your computer screen or smartphone and described with a small backstory…
It’s been written and discussed hundreds of times this year, but Zach Osborne’s step to the very top of the 250 class is very uncommon in sports. The Rockstar Energy Racing Husqvarna rider has always been known for his talent, something KTM took notice of when he was an amateur, but also for an inability to put all of the pieces together when needed. At an age when most racers are ready to wind down their careers, Osborne has found his flow and is routinely one of the fastest riders at the track, no matter the class. As the 2017 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship heads into the closing stages, Osborne holds a near two-moto advantage over his closest competitor in the point standings.
