In between races, we took some time to browse our hard drives and look at photos taken throughout the year. We’ll highlight each shot in a daily post, with the image sized to fit your computer screen or smartphone and described with a small backstory…
How badass is this shot? This is easily one of my favorite photos from one of my favorite TransWorld Motocross SLAM Festival events: The Hell On Wheels MC rolled into Milestone MX last year to participate in their first-ever SLAM and to hold one of their popular and ridiculously fun “Run What You Brung” races, which doesn’t need much of an explanation—if it has two wheels (or sometimes three) and a motor, you can race it!
Ryne Swanberg snapped this shot of Nick Lapaglia absolutely destroying this berm aboard his pristine 1975 Falta CZ Replica, and with the 2016 SLAM Fest right around the corner, I can’t wait to see what kind of vintage machines show up this year! If you’re able to make it to Milestone this Saturday, make sure you check in with Meatball and the HOW crew and don’t miss any of the action.
