On a recent sunny Saturday in Southern California a black helicopter touched down at the landing pad near Pala Raceway’s entrance with a crew of friends and family out for a fun Saturday. Among the group in the helicopter was Florida Georgia Line’s lead singer Tyler Hubbard, who finally got the the opportunity to spin some laps and hang out with “The King” Jeremy McGrath, a childhood hero of his. Jeremy and his friends have gotten to know Hubbard over the course of the past couple years through being big fans of the country band’s numerous hit albums and songs. They’ve all hung out back stage, but now they got to moto! How, you ask? Enter Troy Lee, long time friend of Jeremy and fan-turned-friend of Tyler, with a sprinter van full of everything he needed for the day. Add in a few cold ones and catered lunch after riding and it was good times had by all. Tyler and the gang spun a bunch of laps and left just in time to fly out for another sold out show. Check out some images with captions below, and show Florida Georgia Line some support from the motocross scene!
