that is a completely subjective thing…there is no 'best' bike of any year, or ever…what one person may say is the best bike, someone else might say it's the worst…it totally depends on the person…

KAWI IS THE BEST LOOKING ONE. AS FAR AS THE 07-08 KAWIS THEY ARE REALLY DEPENDABLE AND ARE GREAT BIKES RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. WITH THE NEW CHANGES IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO

I judge by how well you keep the front end down

Husaberg.
ha.
From what I can see. Honda is trying really hard to have the best bike. Husaberg is doing the Euro thing and turning engines sideways. 09 KTMs look impressive, but still linkless (Rumor has it, 2010?). Yamaha made a few changes, I still think they have one of the best 250Fs on the market, Yet, they arent going to EFI till 2010 on their 450s… Suzuki has a proven EFI system, and has made a few changes, and Kawasaki moved a few things around have gone to EFI for the 450s.
If EFI Is the deciding factor for folks, Suzuki has a proven system, but Kawi and Honda are coming out. All other brands you'll have to wait for.
How ever, It seems like its going to be down to personal preference. (And to confirm some on here, the Monster Energy Kawis look sick.)
