ok, i know that they have the 4.1 mega bomb system, but i dont know why their silencers are so short?

I think the shorter silencers makes their bikes rev a little faster.

The shorter muffler indeed offers improved “snap”. They've tried longer mufflers that improved top end power, but at the xpense of some mid range feel.

You moto heads must know by now that the factory stuff is sano, you may never really find out why they do stuff that is different, every rider get's something different that catches out eye. To us most of those “unobtanium” parts wouldn't do much for the average racer. Most of the Factory guys are so pickey with there set up's, tire pressure etc…. The thing's that would go unknoticed by us weekend warriors. I know I just hop on and ride. I usually adjust to the bike instead of adjusting the bike to me. I just dont have the cash or the time.

go pay 2grand for a factory pipe and ull c the diff after u spill 10grand into the motor and gearing ect….
