Take the plug out, change all oil ,kick it over a fewtimes, take the drain bolt out of the bottom of the carb put a new plug in and start it. As soon as it starts change all oil again keep doing it untill all oil has no white in it. The white is moisture.

an old school shade tree mechanic once showed me a trick that seems to work on older motors and will free up your motor but i wouldnt suggest it if you plan on riding it at a competitive level. fill up your motor with deisel fuel and let it soak for about a week. drain the fuel and flush the motor with motor oil. Like i said it will free everything up and your bike may run after but i wouldnt do it to my bike. unless i rode a 81 atc three wheeler.
