I always hear factory mechanics talking about polished frames, How do you polish an aluminum frame on an mx bike and what parts are polished? Is it worth the work?

I used to use a product called Brasso, basically a cutlery/silverware cleaner that works wonders. Any other product similar to that would do the same job though.
Is it worth the work? Haha, i dont reckon, looks great the first time you do it, but if you get slack it looks terrible.

It looks cool for about 5 Minutes. Maintaining it is a pain. Never again! It's also kind of spodetastic…
