2015 Ironman MX | Race Highlights

The 2015 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship came to a close with the final four motos of the year taking place at the 2015 Ironman MX event. Spread on an incredible piece of land in Indiana, the course gave riders plenty of challenges and opportunities to make for an exciting day of racing. Since the 450 class championship had already been clinched by Ryan Dungey a week prior in Utah, attention turned to the others in the field that looked to set their place in the final point standings. The stage was set for a two-man duel for the title in the 250 class, but the excitement would quickly crash when Marvin Musquin suffered a mechanical issue in the first moto and allowed Jeremy Martin to score much-needed points for his second consecutive championship.
