We caught up with Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s Chad Reed right after his masterful performance in the second moto at Washougal. If you watched our “How Was Your Weekend?” video from Washougal, you’ve already seen the first minute or so of what Reedy had to say, but here’s that again, as well as the rest of what the heir-apparent to the 450cc National Champion shared with TransWorld Motocross.

Chad is a dumb @$$. It sucks that Alessi got hurt bcoz he put chad right in his place 2nd place where he belongs 4ever. Bubba is going to Australia for Dec 5th SX and is gonna whoop Chad in his hometown haha.

Chad is not going to beat Stewart ever. I think if Alessi had not gotten hurt Reed would be beating him a couple of races ago anyway.

I used to bag on Reed more than anyone I think. He has definitely gained a fan here for coming outdoors and just putting in the work. He made supercross a series and tried to do what he needed to do. Nothing against him for that although I was cheering for Bubba. I think Ill be pretty neutral this next season and enjoy the ride now. If you read this, Thanks Chad/

If I remember correctly Reed has already beat Stewart. Multiple times. I think the problem with you Stewart fans is you can't see anything bc of his Co@k in your mouth. Its messin your vision up. So next time he races try waiting until its over before you give him a celeboratory head job. You might learn somethin.

Being second best in the world isn't exactly shabby when its RC and JS in the lead. Reed didnt even have a National win ever before this year. Yet he is still racing and still trying and for that I give him alot of respect. I think it would be awesome if he could bring home this nationals championship.

I like Chad Reed more now that he has raced the outdoors. I think he seems more likable than before. Unfortunately, James Stewart has lost some fans by not being outdoors this year, which is a shame. Makes me suspicious of the Yamaha. It seems like he was faster on the Kawi.

cmon, what do u expect when its easy to see from his perspective that chism probably tried to help stewart out as he was lapped. he hit him in vegas for that. did u lose respect for langston's take out move hangtown 05? or windham in A2(?) taking out dv (he askd for it though), or villo taking out alessi in 06 red bud, stewart landing on rc?-taking out mcgrath anaheim3 06? rc t-boning windham in las vegas shootout? wait, i bet u also lost all respect for ur parents when u found out santa wasnt real. theyre racing out there for lifetime goals, not to make friends and have nice passes.
