FINALLY the champ gets some spotlight. no matter what any of u annoying j-law haters say, hes still the champ and it looks like hes pretty focused. i think hes always gonna be a crazy kid and thats good for the sport, but i think hes learned how to control his attitude a little more professionally. i love how he called out dungey’s punk ass, hes a good rider but i really dont think he is as mentally tough as lawrence is, thats why he lost his title chance last year. we’ll have to see who comes out on top in the end.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS GUY!!! this kid is no more than a punk with an EXTREMELY big head….he talks an offly big talk, talkin like he could race supercross in his sleep, so he better be able to back him up. I also have no idea why they let him still race and why his sponsors stay with him… I think he puts a terrible image on the sport, I mean really, he can’t even be professional in an interview and not swear so they have to censore it… I hope he gets his ass handed to him this year!!!

Jason Lawrence is a joke… if he pulls it together than good for him… I personally hope that he does but I hope Dungey and Canard put the boots to him. He may be good to bring in new “punk lovers” to the sport, but he is causing people that dont like that stuff to be a little tired of the sports games… there are two opinions to every issue

Personally I love J-Laws attitude regarding racing, just don’t care for his off the track stuff. I don’t see how you guys can bash this guy for talking crap while Dungey is doing the same thing in his interviews (racerx I think). Love the rivalry between these two guys, throw in Canard to the mix and should make an exciting series!

If you honestly think that Tyson is good for anything you are obviously as much as an idiot as both Tyson and J-Law. Tyson is a perfect example of someone who really had a great chance at showing people how good he was at his sport. After a nice run, Tyson threw it all away because of his sub-professional attitude (aka: being a badass). If you can sit there and tell everyone that Tyson is in a good spot in his life due to the fact that he is a “badass” then you’re right. J-Law is unfortunately traveling down the same road that Tyson did. I’ll leave it at that. By the way, you can’t even think about comparing Damon Bradshaw to J-Law, they are TOTALLY different.

Bottom line is this. There are more comments on the this article and the J-Law/Dungey rivalry than almost anything Transworld Motocross has published recently (including the photo shoot of the super-hot Keltie). There’s room for both of these guys (and more) in our sport.
I like Lawrence (though his grill needs some work and he talks like his face is frozen - Rocky Mountain style). I like Dungey (though he’s kind of a fruitcake).
I’m here for the racing, though. And I think we all like that…

I am so pumped for the kid. He puts his own money and heart into his new gig, thats legit. That must a free situation for him. I enjoy how he says things the way he says them, its authentic to him-to me and as real as it gets. Whatevers on his mind is coming out which shows integrity and he certainly is not thanking the lord for keeping him safe at the end of the night. BORING! He has tremedous riding talent and if you forgot, he is 1 for a reason because he is extremely fast which is why he has sponsors-imagine that! It will be fun to see him way up in the mix crushing it on saturday with them all. who cares if he got drunk, who doesnt do that even the night before work a few times in a month or two. Even Roll a car, shoot Ive done that as long as its in the name of fun it ok with me. Jason is a punk. At the same time he has a fan base, like the people you are aruing with. So there is a good reason to sponsor the kid and he is fast as grease lighting. Its going to be a good season and i think he has the potential to go all the way. I really think he is going to piss off hypocrites that think they deserve a bunch of sponsorships over a past champion and possibly the next champion.
