This is the same video of the past few winters of free riding in beaumont. Same three jumps with pretty much the same guys. How many times is TWMX going to go to the same spot in beaumont with micheal sleeter?(nothing against sleeter)

Actually, Swap and I had never really met Summey or Sipes previous to that day. As for Sleeter, he is a rad guy with rad style, and he is one of our test riders..why wouldn’t we go ride with him?

Damn that was pretty sick, i will agree w/ some of y’all on that there wasn’t enough big jumps but these were mx and sx racers, not just freeridin/natural terrain pro’s.
but i kno how hard that shit is and i give them mad props, good style too

I have always wondered what the deal is with beaumont? Can anyone explain it to me that rides there? I understand their riding illegal, right? Ive seen it for well over a decade in all of the old skool flicks and seen sheriffs fly in I think to catch these guys there(disturbing the peace-though could be a different place and also crusty 3’s rad section,etc.). Are they actually unloading quickly getting there gear on and goin out for a quick poaching session hoping just to slide on back out of there. obviously sick place to ride just wanted to know the DL with it??…Thanks

I think al is just trying to rate those jumps to the early crusty demons jumps that were out in beaumont. alot of beaumont has been ruined with construction now days but there are still some decent spots of the gilman springs road side.. I was just showing a friend that is new to 2 wheelers this video and I told him that that simple stuff in this video he won’t even be able to identify in person because he can’t see that far ahead yet:) I know one thing for sure, is anybody that rides hard has to get out to beaumont atleast once before it is totally gone… that place is endless fun and opportunity.

to answer your question ND102 about beaumont somewhat would be that yes it is illegal but it has been for years. my philosophy is that if you go there and get away with it enough times it is worth the citation! its like using the carpool lane with only you in the car.. if you do it once and get caught that would be $370 for one trip in the traffic bypass lane…. if you do it 64 times and only get caught once you only paid $5.70 a trip which is well worth it to go around traffic when it works:) and if I recall the helicoptor sherrif you saw in crusty I believe that was in corona but not totally sure.. I haven’t seen a chopper out at beaumont unless somebody got hurt and they had to call 911.. I have seen the sherriffs come in and block off all the vehicles until they have cited everybody before though..
