TransWorld Motocross just landed back in the United States after spending a week in Italy, where Ryan Dungey, Ivan Tedesco and Jake Weimer earned Team USA it’s 20th win in the Red Bull Motocross of Nations. We posted moto highlights immediately after each race, but here’s a wrap-up of Team USA’s weekend, including interviews with the three American heroes…

I don’t usually reply to posts but I will in this case. I’ve been experiencing this very same problem with a new WordPress installation of mine. I’ve spent weeks calibrating and getting it ready when all of a sudden… I cannot delete any content. It’s a workaround that, although isn’t perfect, does the trick so thanks! I really hope this problem gets solved properly asap.

  • ktm Says:

    They are all talentless

  • Luiz Says:

The "B" rating is relative to US racing but not for MX des Nations…note that France had their "KID TEAM" out riding and got second not considering all of their riders were first timers in MX des Nations ( two of whom were first timers on the 450´s)…third place Belgium had Desalle and Roelents (who?), both of whom were first timers in MXdN and still on diapers…therefore Team USA showed good consistent racing but I think Dungey, Tedesco and Weimer were the "FAIR" team considering the rest of the field… by the way DeCoster should have gone to Vegas this past weekend…

  • rmz361 Says:

    Good job USA!!!

  • Crymeariver Says:

    You are an idiot

  • redrider Says:

haha talentless? Is that because they just won 1st place out of all the countries? Your a joke. And your name is KTM. I guess that says enough about who you are. HAHA

  • rmz361 Says:

Haha man u are a joke! 5 MX of Nations in a row…20 all together….most in motocross of nations i might add. You cant make excuses for that you euro!!

MX of nations is actually a "C" rating because its to easy even when the US sends there "B" team.

AMA nationals and supercross is the only real motocross "A"

  • Drake Says:

    great great video

  • DanUSA Says:

We won because we were the consistent team on the day, not the fastest. If Cairoli, Reed and Paulin hadn't of had those " freak " accidents in moto 3 then i think that we wouldn't of won. I used to be skeptical of the speed in the GP's but they proved that they are just as fast as us, if not faster ! Cairoli has a knee injury and still won moto 1. Philippaerts came from about 30th up to 2nd place. As for Marvin Musquin…..shit get that kid out here NOW. He killed it in MX2.

  • rmz361 Says:

Philippaerts…the former MX1 "World Champ" (HAHAHA) ran 4th most all of race 3 and couldnt catch anyone besides 3rd place. He had his chance. Cairoli had bad luck but didnt get a good start. Starts are a part of motocross too.
And i dont believe you are from the USA. You cant tell me that the GPs are faster when the US has won the most MCON of any country and has won 5 years straight.
We didnt even have our best team! Haha

  • honda217 Says:

Not sure where this "B" designation comes from, these three riders all won an outdoor national this year. Anyone who can put together a win on the AMA circuit, is an A team rider in any country. Great job boys. Great video swap.

  • Andy Says:

Mexico was the best team on mx of nations wow!

  • Pedro Says:

    ARRRIIIBBAAAAAAAA!!!!!

  • to;o Says:

jajaja no mames apoco si fueron ?

  • Peter Says:

You Americans are sooo humble! ;)
Would have been a lot of fun to see more of a fight between USA ,the Italian team and France.. maybe next year, but i guess that Villopoto and/or Stewart, Alessi is back then, so maybe not..

Congrats to The best "B"-team of the weekend. //Peter >> Sweden

  • Euroo Says:

B-team? Weimer is one of your fastest 250 riders and he get smoked by marvin and Rozcen in mx2! Weimer won alot of races in the AMA 250 so thats the prove.. And the only guy who is faster then dungey in 450 i think that is Stewart soo.. Allesi and Villopoto sucks man.. I think Ryan should beat them easy on the 450.. we will maybe see next year.. Pz guys

  • mik Says:

Don't konw what there's to laugh when talking about philippaerts..I would laugh thinking about Tedesco as an official rider (?!?!?!?),who was simply EMBARASSING compared to David…anyways you won another time..

  • roy Says:

and arrr and arrr rode well and arrr pulled to gether and arr

  • dirtbikedave Says:

if stewurt and rv were here rd would be on 250 and he can smoke wiemer

  • slot001 Says:

i think canard could of put in as solid of motos as jake, maybe better. alot of people could of from the AMA. euros can say what they want, 'yankees' can say what they want, but the bottom line is, when it matters, and push comes to shove,

    U S A gets it done

Euros… well, talent, and.. uh, like, italy and stuff?

In motocross, all that will be remembered, ultimately, are results. And damn son, we got the results on lockdown

  • SBV Says:

Put all euros in the same team and its gonna be a fair race. Have in mind that USA is about the same size as europe.

  • christian Says:

i give credit to all riders…there are great riders everywhere…but this is the title fight for supremecy…and we did it again….if you want to say your country is best…see ya in colorado…you get another chance to see…..

  • rmz361 Says:

Im not laughing at philippaerts cuz he is a good rider…i was laughing at the "world champion."

  • mxscar Says:

Same size?? put the map in front europe ain't nearly as big and we don't even have half as many riders as the usa does. But i want to congratulate the US team ! I always love them coming over doing the effort , like australia New Zealand ect. I must admit that i always expect the us to win but i always hope that the gp guys can show their talents, if u guys saw the same race as me u've got to admit that the gp guys were good very good. So for me it was a great weekend, US won (my favorite) and the gp top riders showed their speed even though they where on different bike sizes or recovering from injury's.

  • Todd Says:

Did you just say Villipoto and Alesi sucked? What about Villipoto at the 2007 MXoN and what about the A$$ Whoopin Alessi was putting on the 450 Field after Villipoto elected to have surgery. Bring who you want and will stomp them in the ground. I can't wait for the 2010 MX of Nations. I don't like being like this but when people talk $hit about American riders it pisses me off. Im proud of everything are country has and will have and thats American MX and Freedom. By the Way FREEDOMS NOT FREE……

  • Todd Says:

Do whatever you need to do! I still think that we will win and shut everyone down again. I wish RC would train just for one last MXoN! Then what would you guys say when we have The Goat, JS, and RV on a 250f? I know Im dreaming but you would see a repeat of 1986. Ok Im done, I just hate whiners that cant except defeat.

  • Stitch Says:

OK, reality check. Our team was chosen from default riders of who were left healthy after the carnage of the US outdoor series. Nevertheless, they won. Why? Because of good starts, consistency, speed, teamwork and staying on two-wheels (with a good start)!! Yeah, teamwork! You can't have just one rockstar on a team (Chad Reed) and expect to win. If, coulda, woulda, etc!! But the truth of the matter is we still have Stewart, Villopoto, Alessi, Grant, and the list goes on. Every country has some fast guys. But proportionally, we have WAY more in the US…with ridiculous speed. Hence our victories in Des Nations. Wiemer is decent, but only there for Mitch Payton support/money. Dungy, for his speed, youth, and health. And Tedesco for his mentoring and experience…not just speed. Its called a STRATEGY! And it worked! Good job Decoster!

  • Stitch Says:

And don't let us bring back the GOAT! He's still healthy and riding you know! That would depress the rest of the world for ANOTHER 10 years or so with him, Stewie, and RV! Not trying to be arrogant…but when push comes to shove, we DO have the best MX'ers out there. Stop trash talking and just congratulate a good performance.

  • Twig323 Says:

my only dissapointment on the video is i was expecting a clip at the ending. but no it was just Donn Maeda for about 15 seconds : ( CONGRATULATIONS TEAM USA!!!

  • peter Says:

Again congrats!! But now i can see why there's war in the world..

    Peter >> SWE

  • rhoades Says:

you are a moron. If I made something that badass I'd want to put my name on it also.

  • alec Says:

villopodo spanked everyone a couple years ago on a 250 IN THE MX1 CLASS. If you still think he sucks you need to have your head examined.

  • Todd Says:

Awesome Video Donn!!!! Proud of our country and are Riders…

  • Mitch Says:

villopoto sucks? are you kidding me. he dominated the lites, and did pretty good for his first year on a 450. do you remember Las Vegas. not to mention MXoN when he pulled off first on a lites bike.

  • mitch Says:

that would be the perfect team

  • Ur an excuse Says:

Tedesco still beat your rider and he has been on 3 winning teams. When was the last time your country one person has been there 3 times and won all three times???

  • blast1out Says:

    mamaverga!

  • bigcajones Says:

if you are going to "internet slap" the Euro, at least learn how to spell and punctuate correctly so you don't make us all look stupid

  • Karl Marx Says:

La "B" sta sicuramente per BUCO DEL CULO….e sti ammerigani ne hanno avuto un sacco!!!!

  • ktm Says:

"i just hate whiners that cant except defeat" - definition of americans

  • mxscar Says:

stewart didn't want to represent usa (maybe because he's not a team player or that he's afraid to get his ass kicked again, hahaha no please i'm just putting the oil back on the fire) RC is ritired but i can imagen he could still win it just like Everts … Villo is a great rider but he's injured , like grant and like Allessi but so are a lot of euro top riders, that's mx just like some one crashing into u in the last moto(cairoli) or a first turn crash (reed-desalle) or jumping the first tabletop on to a crashed rider (Paulin) is mx too, it's to bad for the spectators but thats the way it is.

  • mxscar Says:

I do admire amerikan riders i think their the best whit the best championship in the world (the AMA sx)
Btw it's easier to ride top 10 at the desnations then in a gp because for exaple top 10 in mx2 is for more than half french and they can only let 1 rider ride mx2 in mx1 belgium has 3-4 riders in top 10 and they can send only 1 for mx1….and the list contious. But that doesn't matter like in every post i will say usa won and that's all that matters, they have done it AGAIN and i'm super pumped for the riders but for the few so called us fans , who aren't a fan off mx in general that only want usa on, top lapping up till second, feel joy for the bad luck that a lot of countries had, i feel sorry because they can only enjoy mx when there is nothing to see except usa kicking everyones ass big time. I love the exitement that it could be everyones year to win, the more competetive countries for the win the sweeter the taste of victory and the more exiting for fans (of mx in general), and mx in general .

  • mx4europe Says:

I don't understand how you guys all ways speaking that USA beat Europe it's not right, because europe riders got 2 wins and they defeat USA. That is right that USA beat all another countries but didn't beat Europe, so the level is higher in Europe and European guys are faster.

  • Ryan Says:

STOP THIS RIGHT KNOW, are you 8yo ???

IF Italy had won or another country, well Congratz and go back, practice more, and good luck next time..
    That wasn't so bad??
Its a third worldwar because USA won Again as they has done a couple of times now, and americans has god confidence (or whats it called, my english sucks) but anyway..

Dont be such a dick, We are all MotoCross riders / fans, why do this? NoOne is bad, so please dont trash talk about who's the best!!

You wanna know whos the best???? LOOK at the total results of the day / season.. There u have the winner(s)

NOW, tell me the Artist and title in the vid..
Thanks for reading, peace my american friends and everyone!

For real. Get a life KTM

  • Justa Joe Says:

The GP guys won a couple of motos against an American B-team. (not our best racers) Just look at the last 5 years. The USA has won an ungodly number of motos. If you're going to whine about the format of the MXdN then please change it to every country in the world vs. the USA. That format was considered during the 80's. The USA will still kick ass and win its fair share. The USA has won the trophy no amount of whining will alter that fact.

  • thorny93 Says:

Grow up peter pan, count chocula. They just won the MXdN, if they don't have talent then I guess there's nobody on planet earth with talent -Oh, except for you of "ktm".

  • thorny93 Says:

Dude, We won. Dungey, Weimer, and Tedesco held it down and did a kickass job of it. Mike and Ryan will be the guys to spank your ass for years to come. And as far as Stewart goes, it would be unfair to show up with a nuclear weapon at a knife fight.

  • thorny93 Says:

"ktm"…not sure what part of Europe you're from but I guarantee at one point in history we either kicked your ass or saved your ass. Win like a man, Lose like a man. Bitching about it isn't an option.

  • Gab Says:

When was the last time you saw a man fill a gap of more than 20 seconds with an offical rider?!?

  • Jake48 Says:

One of your better Vids Donn!!!

Congrats USA - you earned it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • FMX_Andrew Says:

Go ahead and get all of your whining out of the way, but the numbers on paper is all that really count, and it looks to me that we have the wins!

  • motocross111 Says:

it would be so good to see the ama/gp scene come together and that will really show whos best..though hats of to the usa they done it once again and they will next year aswell..and although people say americans are so fast i think the europeans arent much slower, if even…ken roczen would give barcia a run for his money i think on a good day..and cairoli would of kicked reeds ass this year if he was in the usa..but next year no one will touch the americans in mxon2010 with RV JS and allessi or dungey..tho i would love to see barcia on the team he would spice things up with his riding style…. shane > ireland

  • IVAN TEDESCO Says:

"B" TEAM MY A$$!!! WE BROUGHT HOME ANOTHER WIN!!

  • Nick Says:

US stinks, now they are all happy that they won with a 'b' team, but that wasnt a B team. challenge us in the sand with 1 Meter deep holes , then see who will win, always that hard tracks got me sick
