2015 Phoenix SX | Spectator Guide
The 2015 Monster Energy Supercross series continues on with the second round of seventeen taking place on Saturday, January 10th at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona. With the nerves of Anaheim One out of the way, many view the event in the southwest as the first “real” race of the year, where riders start to figure out the ropes of racing and know what they need to do against the competition. Two blow-out wins at the opener may have skewed what fans expect in the new year, but these championships are far from over.
Plenty of changes took place in the offseason, including riders signing to different teams and new digits assigned to those in the field. Just so you’re aware of who is who on the course, we recommend taking a look at our 450 & 250 class guides and the complete listing of AMA pro numbers…
Alright, so now that you’ve been briefed on the changes in the sport, it’s time to turn our attention to the second stop in Arizona. Below you will find complete details of the day, including the stadium’s location, event times (be aware that everything has moved a half-hour ahead to accommodate television production), the track layout, and even links to what channel you cable or satellite provider will broadcast FOX SPORTS1 or FOXSPORTS2 on. Now let’s watch some racing.
