Amp¿d Mobile To Bring Supercross Action Live To Handsets With Company¿s Exclusive Title Sponsorship of AMA Supercross Series/World Supercross GP

Multi-Year Exclusive Deal Includes Wide Range of Mobile Content from Screensavers to Live   Video Streaming in Collaboration with Clear Channel Entertainment-Motor Sports

LOS ANGELES (October 8, 2005) ¿ Amp¿d Mobile, the first mobile entertainment company created to bring next-gen broadband wireless services to 18-to-35-year-olds, today announced an exclusive four-year title sponsorship of the AMA Supercross Series/World Supercross GP. As part of the deal, Amp¿d will be the first to broadcast live clips, in conjunction with Clear Channel Entertainment, from the supercross live events directly to Amp¿d handsets. This deal complements Amp¿d Mobile¿s sponsorship of supercross stars Chad Reed, 2004 250cc AMA  Supercross Champion, and seven-time supercross champion Jeremy McGrath.

As part of the deal, Amp¿d will have exclusive mobile content rights to select supercross footage for live action video clips, ringtones, wallpapers, skins, screensavers and more for its Amp¿d Live service.

Also, Amp¿d Mobile will be included in supercross broadcasts on both the SPEED Channel and a network broadcast partner to be announced through :30 commercials, announcer mentions, billboards and interstitials; inclusion in live Internet broadcasts and banner ads on the official supercross website,; substantial on-site branding including Amp¿d Mobile signage on the participants¿ front number plate, finish line banners and structures, announcer towers and around the track; title sponsor of the ¿Tech Tower¿ and sampling opportunities at all supercross events, among other activities.
