Team LamontRacing.com’s Jeremias Israel suffered a broken back this last weekend at Red Bud, MI. Jeremias was coming off of a stellar performance at Budds Creek, MD, on his Excel Motor Sports Honda CRF450. At Budds Creek he earned Top Privateer honors with moto scores of 22-11 for 15th overall, and was looking to duplicate that performance, but unfortunately he couldn’t repeat.
Jamey Grosser, team manager of LamontRacing.com said, “I believe Jeremias was around tenth very early in the second moto when he went down over a step-down plateau. Initial reports show a broken t4 and t5, along with three ribs. The good news is that initial reports say a full recovery is expected. This is an unfortunate incident for Jeremias and our team as he’s been riding better every week.”
Recovery and well wishes along with get well soon e-mails may be sent to Jeremias Israel at email@example.com.
