BooKoo Arenacross Championship Series Headed to Southern California for the First Time Ever!

Turbo Reif rode into the E-Center for round four of the BooKoo Arenacross Championship Series looking to warm-up for the upcoming Supercross West series beginning in early January. He left Utah with a great respect for the competition in the BooKoo Arenacross Championship Series. “Competition was strong,” said Reif, mainly a Supercross Rider. “It¿s a lot different than anything I have ridden before. The track was good, the speeds were fast, I was impressed for sure.”
Reif Placed fourth in West Valley City, Utah and has signed up to race round five of the BooKoo Arenacross Championship Series held in Long Beach, CA, December 9-11, 2005 at the Long beach Arena. He will go head-to-head with his former teammate and friend Josh Woods. “Turbo and I were teammates back in 2003,” said Woods, current BooKoo Arenacross championship points leader. “He is a great Supercross rider and awesome competition. He definitely raises the level of racing when you are on the track with him.”
Turbo has set his goal to “podium every main” in Long Beach this weekend at the Long Beach Arena. He has been racing since he was 12 years, professionally for the last four years. He placed fourth in last seasons Supercross West Phoenix 125 cc race and 12th for the final round of the AMA Supercross in Vegas.
For the first time in history Arenacross will head into Southern California. The BooKoo Arenacross Championship Series, held in conjunction with the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show Brought to you by Toyota Trucks, takes over the Long Beach Convention Center and Arena for one huge motorcycle event December 9-11, 2005. Doors open at 6:00 pm with the BooKoo Pit Party and Track Walk. Pro racing begins at 8:00 pm.
