(June 19, 2003) Bend, OR ¿ The Women’s Motocross League (WML) announced today that the upcoming AMA/Chevy Trucks Washougal National is now featuring WML Pro Racing during the Sunday program. For the first time in WML Pro racing history, the racers will compete on the same day and same track as the best male motocross racers in the World.
Round three of the AMA/WML Altex Computers Motocross Championship Series, at Washougal MX, in Washougal, Washington, will now hold the first WML Pro Moto on Saturday, July 26 before the men’s pro practice and the second WML Pro Moto will be on Sunday, July 27 at 12:00pm. Washougal MX joins Hangtown MX, Spring Creek MX, and Steel City Raceway in incorporating WML Pro racing in their Sunday program giving fans a chance to see the best female racers in the World.
