#WhipItWednesday | 2015 Anaheim Three SX

To whip or not to whip, sometimes we often wonder how riders debate that very question. At some rounds bikes are flung sideways with ease, but at others, guys must just not be feeling the flow. Fortunately the final Anaheim round of Monster Energy Supercross saw some of the usual suspects emerge, but this week we had two new riders step up as the top whippers of the weekend.

Yamalube/Star Racing/Yamaha’s Cooper Webb is obviously feeling it right now—he’s unstoppable on the track (unless you completely take him out), but he also hasn’t been shy about showing you what his skid plate looks like.

Jessy Nelson has been impressive so far this season on his Troy Lee Designs/Lucas Oil/Red Bull/KTM, and not just for his consistent speed—Nelson’s confidence as one of the year’s top 250 riders went on display as he threw this monster of a whip over the finish line double during Saturday’s parade lap before the main event.

AutoTrader.com/Toyota/Yamaha’s Justin Barcia is someone you should never take your eye off of if there’s a big booter around, and Ryne Swanberg happened to catch Barcia as he turned down this fat whip in practice.
