Just before the gate dropped at the 2017 East Rutherford SX round of the 2017 Monster Energy Supercross Series, RCH/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing announced that Justin Bogle was going to sit out the event after a practice crash in the second session of the day. Bogle was the team’s lone rider for the weekend due to a recent wrist injury suffered by Broc Tickle.

The press release stated no issue or injury, so it’s likely that Bogle will return to action for the final round in Las Vegas next weekend.

The press release reads in full below…

Justin Bogle, rider of the No. 19 Suzuki RM-Z450 for RCH/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing, will not compete in today's Monster Energy AMA Supercross at MetLife Stadium.

Bogle suffered a hard crash during the event's second 450SX Class timed qualifying session while he was executing a flat 90-degree turn.

The Cushing, Okla., rider earned two top 10s this season and is currently 17th in Monster Energy Supercross points.
