A freestyle exhibition is part of the show at the Paris Supercross inside U Arena, and without a doubt the part that got the crowd the most fired up was Jackson Strong’s patented front flip. I’ve seen the trick in person many times, but each time Jacko takes to the air I hold my breath for a couple seconds. Performing the front flip on a normal FMX ramp is exponentially more difficult than doing so with a “cheater ramp,” which has an extra kicker at the top with a hinge that practically throws you into a front flip rotation. Add in the fact that Jacko did last night’s flip in the dark with only a spotlight on him, and his feat is even hairier. Kudos, Jacko. You’re a madman.
