2017 Salt Lake City SX | Cole Seely Out

Team Honda HRC rider sidelined

2017 SALT LAKE CITY SX | COMPLETE COVERAGE

Cole Seely has announced he will sit out the 2017 Salt Lake City SX as he continues to recovery from a muscle injury in his leg. The Team Honda HRC rider sat out the 2017 Seattle SX after aggravating the issue in practice, which required a follow-up MRI that revealed a sprain and partial tear in theĀ adductor muscles of his leg. He recently resumed a training routine with riding coach Jeff Ward and is hopeful for a return in one of the final rounds of the 2017 Monster Energy Supercross Series.

Since there was a chance that Seely would sit out this weekend’s race, Team Honda HRC has tapped Christian Craig to fill-in as he waits for the 250 East Coast SX series to resume.
