The third round of the Supercross Futures series is set to take place in Oakland on the Sunday after the 2019 Oakland Supercross. Following the successful standalone events that took place in 2018, Supercross Futures will now serve as the official platform for racers to advance from the amateur ranks into Monster Energy Supercross. This year, a total of eight races will take place and will include a championship. As always, the track will be modified to accommodate multiple classes without sacrificing the experience of racing a full-size Supercross track in a stadium.
The 2019 Anaheim Supercross Futures will take place the Sunday following the 2019 Oakland Supercross on January, 26. Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum will host the event. Information on registration, parking, and a venue map is coming soon.
In order to enter to race at a Supercross Futures event, individuals must be an AMA member. For pre-registration, you must be an AMA member prior to signing up, but for those registering on-site, there will be annual AMA passes sold for $49.
The cost of entry to race is $105 per class, and does not include family, friends, or mechanics. Spectators must pay for a separate ticket, and riders are allowed one mechanic, who can purchase their mechanics wrist band for $30 at the registration tent. A complete overview of entry information can be found here.
