The Albertson Project gives fans a look at a seldom-seen aspect of professional motocross. Sure, there are dozens of racers competing every week for a spot on the gate at Monster Energy Supercross and many are privateers running their own deals, but few are open enough to share the highs and lows that each week brings. After failing to make the main event at the Anaheim opener, Jimmy Albertson and his Racing team worked on making improvements in key places and headed to Phoenix for a fresh start. Unfortunately, Albertson went down while leading the LCQ and severely mangled his bike, ending his night. There is always an upside to things, and this time it is that Albertson feels that he is learning more with each week.
