The offseason can be just as cruel as the race season when it comes to injuries. Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider Austin Forkner has suffered a broken wrist and collarbone in a practice crash, something he announced with an Instagram. Details are scarce at the moment, as the young racer simply said what was hurt with a photo in a hospital bed.

Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki is known for announcing which coast their riders will line up on until the start of each Supercross season, but with this news, it’s pretty clear that with this injury and the necessary recovery time that Forkner will run on the East Coast.
