The forearms get pumped up, then the hands get locked onto the bars, and before you know, you’re just along for an unpredictable ride. However, no one really knows what is the underlying cause. Some people say that you have to ride through it, while others say that you have to work out your forearms. In fact, countless arm pump gimmicks flood the motocross market, and some riders even go to the extreme by having surgery to remedy their situation.
