FMF Racing’s Jake Holden, riding for the Corona Honda Extra team, rode to his second consecutive Superstock victory at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, Ca this weekend.

In Saturday’s qualifying, Holden set the fastest lap time and earned the Superstock pole. At the start of the race however, it was Aaron Yates who jumped out to the early lead, with Holden in second.

On lap six, Holden dove past Yates and took the lead. Holden then held the lead until a red flag was thrown on lap fifteen after a crash involving Jason Pridmore and Lee Acree. The race was cut short, with Holden taking his second victory on the season and his third of his career. Holden now trails Yates by twelve points in the championship chase.
