In between races, we took some time to browse our hard drives and look at photos taken throughout the year. We'll highlight each shot in a daily post, with the image sized to fit your computer screen or smartphone and described with a small backstory…
Zaca Station MX in Central California is one of our favorite motocross tracks. Laid out in picturesque wine country, it’s sometimes hard to believe that we get to rip our dirt bikes around in a place so beautiful. Cows are spread out all over the ranch that the track is laid out on, and we always wonder what they think of the dirt bike sounds as we race past.
A few weeks ago we got to shoot Malcolm Stewart at the track, all by himself. Prepped to perfection, the track looked amazing, and Mookie was on fire as he raced around the circuit at top speeds. On this day, however, the cows barely noticed… Stay tuned for the video edit…it’s gonna be a shocker!
