Having ridden green bikes since 2010, Josh Hansen has officially made the switch to Husqvarna motorcycles for the 2017 racing season, as today marked day one for Hansen and the white bikes. The number 100 was seen riding the Husky FC450 this afternoon at Milestone MX, and after further investigation we found that Hansen did in fact make the switch.
After his professional debut at the Budds Creek Motocross National back in 2002, Hanny enjoyed success on several occasions in the form of race wins in 2010 and 2011 during his time with the Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team in the 250 class, and he’s now looking to do the same aboard the Austrian machines. Although it is still undecided which class he’ll line up for, Hansen will likely contest the premier class, as he’s recently been spotted riding the bigger bike.
When it comes to the rest of Hansen’s one-rider program though, as of now, nothing else will change. The stylish rider will continue on with all of the same supporters that include Fox Racing, Shift MX, Nut Up Industries and LVN 100.
