For motocross racers, this part of the season begins to get a little wacky as the Monster Energy Supercross Series comes to an end and the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship closely follows suit. Riders not only have to focus on the task at hand being the Supercross championship, but they also have to prepare for the grueling outdoor championship-which starts a mere two weeks after the finale in Las Vegas. Two completely different styles of racing that require two different styles of riding in such a close time frame has riders looking for every opportunity to ride both disciplines. Today, we headed to Milestone MX Ranch expecting to shoot some local talent on the outdoor track, but instead found Team Honda HRC's Cole Seely, Cycle Trader/Rock River/Yamaha's Colt Nichols and Barn Pros Racing's Scott Champion and Brady Kiesel tearing up the Supercross track, as the final round of the 250 West Coast championship is just two weeks away.
