In between races, we took some time to browse our hard drives and look at photos taken throughout the year. We'll highlight each shot in a daily post, with the image sized to fit your computer screen or smartphone and described with a small backstory…
The smell of premix is in the air, and I couldn't be more stoked about it! We've officially begun filming for the sequel of Premix, and our most recent shoot happened to take place yesterday at DT1 MX Park with Team Green's Stilez Robertson and mini ripper Enzo Temmerman. At only 15 years old, Robertson is one of the Nation's speediest and most talented amateur racers and a serious threat anytime he lines up on the gate, plus he's got the racing stats to back it up. In addition, the longtime Kawasaki rider is hands down one of the nicest kids in the sport with a very friendly and outgoing personality, that makes him a real pleasure to work with.
Robertson's weapon of choice for his part in Premix 2 was his 2005 Kawasaki KX125 that was built by Pro Circuit, and although this bike is considered to be ancient history by some, but we on the other hand couldn't take our eyes off of it; especially when he fired it up! The #325 left everyone in shock with his speed and technique, but nothing was more impressive than seeing him stay on the gas all the way around a few of the corners.
Premix 2 is set to be released a little later in the year, so stay tuned because this is going to be one rad movie!
