In between races, we took some time to browse our hard drives and look at photos taken throughout the year. We’ll highlight each shot in a daily post, with the image sized to fit your computer screen or smartphone and described with a small backstory...
The days are beginning to wind down as we approach another exciting series of Monster Energy Supercross, and with many of the sport's top riders taking on the host of offseason races – save for a few – we have a pretty decent understanding as to how things could stack up next year. However, Supercross does have a way of surprising even the most seasoned fan or rider. One premier class heavy-hitter that appears to be flying under the media radar, though, is Justin Brayton. JB10 just returned home from wrapping up his second consecutive Australian Supercross Series SX1 Championship, so he's got a bit of momentum on his side heading into Anaheim One.
Brayton's strong suit is Supercross, and although he's never experienced a 450 Class Main Event win, he's landed on the podium several times throughout the years thanks to his speed and consistency indoors. Although we've seen the results from each of the Australian SX rounds, there's still an element of mystery in regards to the #10 and how he'll perform now that he's back on American soil. We'll just have to wait and see how this all unfolds once the gate drops on January 6th!
