TWMXRS Fall Classic Series | Round Two | LACR
Round two of the 2018 TWMXRS Fall Classic is officially in the books, as the Transworld Motocross race series headed up to Palmdale, California to LACR MX. Nearly 400 racers gathered amongst the old quarry's hills for another exciting day of racing. The Fall-like weather held true throughout the day, as the temps never exceeded the low-70's. With excellent weather and an exhilarating track, round two of the Fall Classic series proved to be another electrifying day at the races.Transworld Motocross Race Series regular Manuel Dumais made the trip out to LACR for round two of the Fall Classic, where he dominated both the 9-11 years 65cc and Open 65cc classes. The youngster out of Corona, CA put his Husqvarna 65cc out front in each and every one of his four motos. With having swept both classes he competed in, Manuel put together a perfect race day and earned one of the best performances of the day. Round two of the 2018 Fall Classic was full of dominating preformances, as Dylan Gaszak put together a commanding charge in all of his four motos. The Intermediate classes tend to provide racers with some highly competitive opponents, however Dylan managed to snag the lead in each moto and pull away from the rest of the field. After throwing down fast lap after fast lap, Dylan Gaszak swept both the Intermediate 450f and Open Non-Pro classes, ultimately adding to his overall wins in the TWMXRS. Jordan Dowell is a regular at the TWMXRS, so we've been able to watch his speed and skill progress over time. After his commanding ride, this past weekend, at LACR, there is no doubt that Jordan is riding as fast as ever. The kid out of Ventura, CA not only snagged moto wins in both the 12-13 years 85/150F and Open 85-150F Supermini classes, but managed to sweep the Supermini class with a 1-1 performance. Unfortunately, a mishap in the second moto of the 12-13 years 85 class robbed Jordan of a perfect day, however winning three out of his four motos is still pretty solid!
