2016 MXGP Of USA At Glen Helen| Race Report

In less than three months, the 2017 Monster Energy FIM Motocross World Championship kicks off a globetrotting journey that will pit some of the best motorcycle riders in the world against each other for the two very important titles that will be up for grabs. All eyes are on the MXGP class, as Tim Gajser will defend his honor against former premier class champions Romain Febvre and Antonio Cairoli, 450 class rookie Jeffrey Herlings, and dozens of other fast international flyers. But don’t sleep on the MX2 division, because with Herlings out, the highly sought-after title will be available for nearly any young rider to grab. The series kicks off in Doha, Qatar, in late February, visits sixteen different countries with nineteen races, and wraps up with a finale in France late in September.
