Pro mechanics know every in and out of their race bike. Between each race weekend, every factory level machine is complete disassembled, inspected for wear and tear, and then rebuilt in just a few hours time. The detail every wrench puts into their ride is outstanding and it’s interesting to see how guys go through the steps from start to finish. We caught Travis Parry, mechanic for Josh Grant at Monster Energy Kawasaki, midway through the process as teams prepare for this weekend’s round of the 2017 Monster Energy Supercross Series in St. Louis. During our on-camera chat, Parry explained his process along with the parts and pieces that are necessary.
