In its creation in 1974, Bill’s Pipes began in Bill’s garage, as he made exhaust systems for dirt track racers. After moving forward to ATVs and ATCs, the gradually growing brand got their biggest after winning an exhaust pipe shootout of sorts against Pro Circuit and DG, as factory Yamaha’s Damon Bradshaw chose Bill’s creation to run on their race bikes. As one of the original two-stroke pipe creators, Bill’s Pipes still puts research and development into their signature exhaust systems for all two-strokes. We visited the Corona, CA facility this week to see what really goes into making those bling machines sing and to document the process for your viewing pleasure.
