It should go without saying that proper hydration in any sport is extremely important, and since the Summer months are slowly approaching paired with rising temperatures we thought it would be a good idea to check in with somebody that does this for a living! John Wessling is the man behind TLD/Red Bull/KTM’s Sean Cantrell’s physical fitness regimen, so we chatted with John to get a better idea as to what these athletes do to stay hydrated on a hot, Summer day at the races after a pair of 30 minute +2 lap motos.
