The last few weeks took an unexpected turn for Justin Bogle. An agreement with Phoenix Racing as one of the team’s 450 riders has fallen through, leaving him without a deal less than a month before the first race (the team will still field a 250 East Coast operation for Jace Owen, Fredrik Noren, and Issac Teasdale). But Bogle is undeterred and has returned back to his roots at Robbie Reynard’s compound in Oklahoma to ride a Honda CRF450R maintained by his father for a last-push program to get ready for the 2019 Monster Energy Supercross Series race season.
If you read our interview with Bogle a few weeks ago, you’d know that best friend Brad Frace has been a big help for Bogle lately as the former factory rider healed from injuries and necessary surgeries. Frace laid some riding clips of Bogle in action over a track by rapper Nipsey Hussle, so press play if you want.
As for the music choice not being everyone’s favorite, it’s all personal preference and not everyone is going "get it," so just let the boys show what they like in the ways they want.
