Although KTM is one of only two companies that produce a 350cc motocross machine, the brand continues to work and refine the special “mid-size” steed. For the new model year, the Austrian engineers went to work on the engine and chassis in an effort to produce power comparable to a 45o while retaining the agility of a 250. All-new frame design with a focus on stiffness to improve handling and stability
Redesigned, lighter swingarm with additional 5mm of adjustment compared to the predecessor
Revised bodywork and seat for new appearance and uninhibited motion
Reworked airbox to improve the flow of air through an intake system
New fuel tank with improved ergonomics, 1.85L capacity, and revised hose routing
New model-specific exhaust system, featuring FDH resonator on the header pipe and easy to remove silencer
Revised ignition map settings
New lithium ion battery for the electric starter system
Redesigned radiators for improved cooling
A new main piston in the WP Monoshock
A revised setting in WP AER48 fork
Redesigned upper triple clamp for improved stability
Reworked cylinder head for lighter weight
Diaphragm steel clutch system with a one-piece basket and Brembo hydraulic actuation system
